A wine cellar is a bit like a treasure chest, its contents collected and selected over time. It is a place of worship because, for us, wine is an exploration of the region that it comes from. We have always believed in people, and sampling a wine has always been a way to know its producer, possibly by going to the winery to further understand who is behind each wine, to experience its territory through its flavours, smells, and, ultimately, its culture. Ours is a wine list that mainly centres on our region, on its small producers of high quality wines. There are also national and international labels. A great commitment, with more than 250 labels, a small world dedicated to those who want to fully flavour the joy of life.
